Dental CE Course: Advanced Techniques and Efficiency in Endodontics

0 Reviews

In the past thirty years we have been witness to many technological advances in endodontics. Among these have been nickel titanium rotary files, the use of piezo electric ultrasonics in both surgical and non surgical endodontics, using apex locators to determine final working lengths, and various obturation techniques utilizing new material science.

What these improvements in technology have done is to allow us, for the first time, to seriously consider (during the course of root canal therapy) the 4th dimension. This is the dimension of time.
This course will define and demonstrate what “Efficiency in Endodontics” means to both the staff and the patient. “Efficiency in Endodontics” assumes a constant quality of care and therefore, improved efficiency does not mean or imply a reduction in the quality of care. In fact, this course will demonstrate how the clinician can not only improve their efficiency but also enhance the quality of endodontic care delivered to the patient. Multiple aspects of improved efficiency in routine endodontics will be discussed and specific clinical applications will be demonstrated.
