Description:

The focus of this presentation will be on how new
materials and modern technology have changed
the way to treat caries, bring teeth back into function
and to restore aesthetics. CAD-CAM technology
is rapidly displacing traditional cast metal systems.
Interceptive implant therapy is removing the
need for bridgework and dentures. To appreciate
the impact that new restorative materials and technology
are having on dental practice, and to keep
abreast of these developments can be challenging.
Modes of practice need to be changed.

Sessions include:

  • Evolving Restorative Dentistry
  • Sensible Spending for Technology Investment with the General Practice
  • Numb, Numb-er, Numb-est: An update on Local Anesthesia Techniques and Technology
  • Reviews for Colonel Allyn D. Burke Dental Symposium
