DCEdental: the largest online dental CE directory in the world

This course is designed to prepare the Dental Assistant II to polish coronal surfaces as provided by the North Carolina State Dental Practice Act. Lectures will cover the rationale for polishing, types of stains and deposits, consideration of restorative materials, and the selection of appropriate polishing agents. Supervised laboratory time will allow the development of clinical skills on course participants. Clinical facilities and materials will be provided; however, please bring your own safety glasses and clinic attire.
