Description:
In this program, we will explore and overcome some of the challenges that we face every day in our practices, following an actual case that has been treated with class III-IV restorations and direct composite veneers in the anterior dentition. Beginning with an exploration of our perception of color and how that perception is affected, we will apply simplified color mapping techniques for predictable, aesthetic results. A variety of cases will be presented for discussion and application of mapping, placement and finishing protocols.
In the hands-on portion of the program, we will put the morning's concepts into practical application. Participants will experience lingual putty matrix fabrication, blueprinting and color mapping for success, polychromatic layering techniques and simplified finishing protocols.
