This presentation is designed to introduce practitioners to both the surgical and prosthetic features of the Zimmer Implant System. The didactic portion will cover actual clinical cases featuring the Tapered Screw-Vent Implant, and the family of components and auxiliary regenerative products which make up the Zimmer product line. Conventional two-stage, one-stage, and immediate load protocols will be reviewed.

After the didactic review, the morning hands-on session will cover the surgical kit and instrumentation for drilling into jaw models with implant replicas. Clinicians will gain experience with the surgical armamentarium. The afternoon hands-on session will review the prosthetic components, for both implant level impressions, and new fixture level impressions featuring the new contoured abutment series and prosthetic kits.
