This course will explain the anatomical insight that is necessary for interpreting temporomandibular joint disorders and their relationship to occlusal problems.

We have designed this course to teach participants the practical integration of CT and MR scanning technology. The basics of normal and abnormal temporomandibular joint anatomy and breakdown are covered as background. CT and MR scans are compared side by side from the same patient to help students to understand the direct relationship between joint and occlusal status.
