Description:

The objective of this course is to teach participants structural differences between management systems that deliver early and sustained success and the need for purpose-built strategies to create an ongoing growth and development cycle. The course also presents the concept of leadership variance and the crucial role variance plays in preventing practices from reaching the sustained excellence phase.




NOTE: This workshop is held in conjunction with the Young&Motivated® youth leadership workshop for young people ages 16 to 25+. Tuition for The BreakThrough Practice includes tuition for two young people to attend Young&Motivated®.
