Dental CE Course: Advanced Seminar in TMD and Orofacial Pain

This continuing dental education course is designed for dentists and physical therapists who have completed the three-day TMD and Orofacial Pain Miniresidency at the University of Minnesota. You will be brought up to date on the latest evidence and current clinical strategies for treating TM disorders and patients who present with orofacial pain. The course format will include: 1) illustrated lectures, 2) concurrent breakout sessions, plus 3) case presentations and group discussions. This continuing dental education course is designed to be interactive and includes multiple opportunities for small group discussions. In addition, you are welcome to bring cases from your practice for group analysis and treatment planning.

Differential Diagnosis of Non-Odontogenic Tooth Pain
Physical Therapy Intervention for the Acute Closed Lock

How to Evaluate the Literature
