Dental CE Course: Aesthetic Advantage

Lab Fees:Our participating laboratory will bill you for all fees after the first session has been completed. These fees are your responsibility and will be approximately $356 per unit plus wax-up charges of approximately $55 per unit. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay your lab bil in full prior to the insertion of your case in our second session. Temporaries:Temporaries will be made chair-side utilizing Luxatemp temporary material. Luxatemp is a curable material manufactured by Zenith Foremost Dental and it will be provided to you at no extra charge. Catering:You and your staff will be provided with complimentary breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Please note that we try to provide a variety of different foods for you to choose from. If you should have any dietary restrictions, please let us know at once. Cocktail Party: There will be a cocktail party for all to attend on the first Friday of the first session immediately following the end of your first day. There is no charge for attendance, and all course members and staff are invited. Graduation Celebration: Our graduation celebration will be held on Saturday of the second week of our continuum. Doctors may bring spouses or significant others at no charge. All staff is welcome, however, there is a $75 charge per team member to attend. There will be a cash bar for the first hour. Dress is elegant attire. Ladies may wear pant suits or dresses, gentlemen may wear suits.
