- The trigeminal nerve, its vast distribution and the clinical importance of understanding this nerve in the process of diagnosis
- The basis of anatomical blockade; why anesthetic difficulties occur and how to ensure effective local anesthesia
- The various factors which influence one's perception of pain, why similar noxious stimuli are so differently perceived and how to influence a patient's response to pain, whether post-operative or chronic.
