Dental CE Course: Dental Care for Children and Adults with Special Needs

We are offering a CE course at a discounted rate for training and education in the management of special needs patients, such as children and adults with cerebral palsy, developmental delays, genetic disorders, and other chronic health issues. This full day course will also include presentations on medical impact of oral health care, disability language and cultural context of dental health, resources and information for providers related to special care dentistry and updates on special care dentistry practice.

Dr. John B. Thornton is Professor Emeritus at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry Department of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
