Early Detection of Peripheral Nerve Entrapments in the Dental Practicioner - The purpose of this course is to increase awareness with the intent of early detection of peripheral nerve entrapments and the associative symtoms that can be warning signs to a potentially career ending condition. Symptoms of entrapment include hand numbness/falling asleep, weakness, especially dropping things, and thenar atrophy.
