Dental CE Course: Ernest M. Jones Memorial Lectureship - Four-Dimensional Dentistry: A Team Development Program

We live in a cynical time that rewards quick fixes, fast food, ATMs and instant everything. We are often tempted to veer from our preferred paths and make choices carelessly almost unconsciously. We have been seduced by the siren song of our consumerist, results-driven society. Successful Team Development takes time and the appropriate clinical, behavioral, and business skill sets.
We'll explore Clinical skills that are common to the best dentists (a comprehensive co-discovery examination experiences, adherence to occlusal principles, interdisciplinary planning, exquisite provisionals and more). Behaviorally, we'll talk about creating a vision for your preferred future, hiring right, strength theories, communicating effectively, employee and customer engagement and philosophy (yours, of course). From a Financial perspective we will consider the concepts of personal and professional financial freedom and independence, operating income, management income statements, fees and the role of insurance and entitlements. And finally, we'll look at Time and how its constant movement past us makes life a journey and not a destination. The choices we have made, make now and will make in the future are the sum total of who we are and what we will become. Life and success in life then, involves making good choices throughout time.
Prices below are for registration before March 26. At the door, on March 28, if space is available, tuition rises by $10 per person. The session is still complimentary for no CDE credit if registering at the door.
