You will gain an understanding of esthetic clasping, flexible partial denture designs as well as other contemporary materials and techniques used for esthetic RPD's. In addition you will benefit from hands-on experience with: 1) survey and design and blackout for rotational paths of insertion, 2) swinglock, saddlelock and flexible partial denture designs, 3) in-office reline techniques for RPDs, and 4) simplified remount casts for occlusal refinement.
A patient is not needed for this module but you are asked to bring a mounted, documented case for round table discussion and treatment planning.
