Dental CE Course: Hands-On Dental Implantology Education

Learn to predictably treat your patients using dental implants. You will be encouraged to bring cases for review. You will benefit from one on one treatment planning. Our instructors will guide you in your acquisition of the knowledge and confidence to treat your own cases from start to finish. You will learn to use CT guided surgical techniques. You will participate in hands on model and pig jaw workshops. You will observe and assist in live surgeries. Upon completion of this course you will understand why, when and how patients can benefit from dental implant treatment.

This Interdisciplinary Program is suited for both the General Dentist and The Specialist who wish to integrate dental implants into their practice.

This program is geared mopre for the beginner or intermediate rather than the advanced dental implantology practitioner.

Participants will learn to:
Fully evaluate patients that may benefit from dental implant treatment
Prepare patients for dental implant treatment by socket/bone grafting
Use CT scans with virtual placement software for treatment planning
Place Implants (with and without CT guides)
Restore Implants
Complete Esthetic Cases
Maintain Implants
Handle Complications/Failures
Talk to patients about treatment with dental implants
Motivate and Train Team Members

Participants will be expected to:
Demonstrate competency on all hands on exercises
Demonstrate competency on quizzes
Bring cases for review
Bring Laptoip computers for CT guided software training
Observe and assist live surgeries - dates to be announced at first lecture.
Mandatory Live Surgery Attendence. Each participant is required to attend and assist at least one live surgery.
