Dentists interact with patients and staff on a daily basis and their ability to use sound interpersonal skills is what makes them successful communicators. This session will introduce the Integro DISC system, a more simplified and user friendly form of the Myers Briggs profiling system. Moreover, dentists and staff will learn how to identify the basic human behavioural styles and how to best communicate with these different styles.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Learn how to identify people that show Dominant, Influential, Supportive and Conscientious behavioural traits and how to best communicate with them;

Identify your own behavioural profile, its strengths, limitations, motivations and how to situationally modify your style so as to enhance communication with others.
