Dental CE Course: Intro to Dental Sleep Medicine

Welcome to our seminar and we applaud you for beginning this journey for the benefit of both your patients and your practice. This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge to confidently return to your practice and immediately begin implementing new screening, diagnosis and treatment protocols. The course features 2 full days of instruction and hands-on experience. You will have an opportunity to take diagnostic records, work with permanent and temporary oral appliances, even undergo a full 8-channel Embletta X100 portable sleep study and view the results the next day. You will lean about all the different appliances and hear honest opinions about the pros and cons of each. Perhaps most importantly you will learn how the appliance you choose is less important than the position it puts the mandible in. We will show you how to find optimal position and select/adjust appliances accordingly. This course will be lead by Dr. Marty Lipsey and SGS VP John Nadeau. Marty and John both have extensive dental sleep medicine experience and both share a goal of making sure each attendee is well equipped to begin offering this service in their practice immediately.
