We already run a practice that is successful and doing alot of things right, so my expectations were that we might gather a few pearls. Steve totally changed the course of our whole operation. Our team came back enthused and motivated, feeling they had gained tools to really make a difference for all of our patients. It will only get better with time as we implement all of the great concepts. I have already scheduled to go again.
