Dental CE Course: Smile Design and Interdisciplinary Communication on Esthetic Dentistry

As dentists, our goal is to design a smile that fits our patient’s functional, esthetic and emotional needs. Modern techniques and materials can be useless if the final outcome doesn’t achieve the patient’s esthetic expectations. Emphasis in this program will be given to Porcelain Laminate Veneers as one of the most consistent, esthetic and predictable restorative procedures. This program will also cover different techniques as Refractory, Platinum Foil and Pressable. Also presented will be the different generations of prep design and latest trends of thin and partial veneers. Discussion will center around the utilization of digital tools to enhance and facilitate Doctor/Lab team work and communication with the patient. The protocol proposed will improve the diagnosis, communication and predictability of esthetic rehabilitations, with the goal to exceed the patient’s expectations!
