This 2-day focused hands-on program is clearly one of the most comprehensive of it's kind in North America and offers internationally recognized certification on the safe and effective use of dental laser technology. The itinerary encompasses basic science and fundamentals, absorption characteristics, tissue interaction and all relevant aspects concerning safe and effective dental laser operation. Specific procedures and clinical results are illustrated through analysis of scientific data and review of clinical case studies. The classroom lecture will also review the overall concepts of enhancing patient care, stress reduction, efficiency of operations, cosmetic dentistry applications, and marketing and practice growth potential. The hands-on segment of the program is one of the most extensive available today and will enable participants to practice various techniques at individual workstations using a 980nm diode dental laser system, while an instructor illustrates step by step, the technique associated with individual procedures, from a central workstation.
