This hands-on workshop enables dentists to better understand the inter-relationship between orthopedics, orthodontics, Prosthodontics and oral surgery. Attendees learn how to do a complete workup examination. Topics include present day classification of orofacial pain and temporomandibular disorders, diagnostic and treatment procedures, types and uses of appliances and various modalities utilized for repair and regeneration of tissue. At the conclusion of the workshop, the attendee will be able to recognize patients with TM disorders and know how to relate their problems to future dental care.
