General Dentistry As A Specialty teaches dentists how to maximize treatment acceptance, regain enthusiasm and maintain patients in their practice. This course will teach both techniques and practice management to allow patients to sequentially upgrade their dental prostheses based upon their budget, emotional and functional needs until they are happy with their dental condition.

Techniques from Turbyfill dentures to mini-implant dentures, locator based "snap-on-dentures," and hybrids as well as fixed bridges on implants are all discussed at length.
